Turbo coiled pin - Type TCP (2 windings)
Nom dia:
Lengths:
Useage
2 - 6mm
6 - 26mm
The SFP turbo coiled spring pin is a new development in the field
of radially flexible fastening elements.
Its circular closed cross-section makes it the ideal connecting
element for use as a hinge pin. In general the tolerance range H12
is sufficient for the pin hole.

Superelastic coiled pin - Type ECP (1 1/2 windings)
Nom dia:
Lengths:
Useage
1.5 - 10mm
10 -60mm
Thin-walled, brittle components, e.g. hinges on plastic boxes.
Superelastic coiled pins are used in cases where the greatest
possible radial elasticity is required when fastening (pinning)) two or
more component parts. In general the tolerance range H12 is sufficient
for the pin hole.

Coiled pin with reduced diameter - Type RCP (2 1/4 windings)
Nom dia:

Pin Length:
2 - 5mm Dimensions and tolerances of the diameter d are similar
to ISO 8750
10 - 35mm, depending on the nominal diameter
Length of diameter reduction is usually 1/3 of the pin length.
SFP coiled pins as a special design with reduced diameter
produce a frictional fit in only one part of the pin length.
They are used when a tight fit is only required in a certain component
part. Generally the tolerance range H 12 is sufficient for a secure fit
in the pin hole.

Sleeves and bushings - Type SCL
Inside dia:

Outside dia:

Matl. thickness:
6 - 15.6mm

max. 18.0mm

1.3 - 3mm
Length and inner diameter depends on the material thickness.
SFP sleeves and bushings are precision components for special
requirements. They solve problems in many areas of industry, e.g.
automotive industry, precision engineering and general mechanical
engineering.
SFP sleeves and bushings are used wherever components have to
be guided, reinforced or centred.
